A BILL to amend article six, chapter five of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section eleven-c, relating to directing the state building commission to transfer unexpended funds from the capitol complex bus access facility project to state capitol improvements and renovations project.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article six, chapter five of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section eleven-c, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 6. STATE BUILDING COMMISSION.

§5-6-11c.
Power of the state building commission to transfer project funds to other projects for state capitol improvements and renovations.

(a) The state building commission shall transfer unexpended funds allocated to the capitol complex bus access facility project certified under subsection(f), section eleven-a of this article to other projects for state capitol improvements and renovations.
(b) The provisions of subsection (f), section eleven-a of this article requiring public hearing do not apply to transfers of funds under subsection (a) of this section.
